8-1-16-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF THROUGH STREETS:
Through streets shall be established from time to time by the city council and those streets intersecting a through street shall be marked with a stop sign or other appropriate traffic control device. Through streets and stop streets shall be shown on a map maintained in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
