8-1-15-3: OBEDIENCE TO SIGNS:
It shall be unlawful for any driver of a vehicle to proceed on a one-way street in a direction opposite to the direction of traffic as indicated by signs erected pursuant to this article. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
