8-1-14-1: OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC OFFICERS, SIGNALS 2 :
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals at intersections but at all other places pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in Iowa Code 321.327 to 321.331. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973; amd. 2004 Code)
