8-1-10-6: CONFORMITY OF LIGHTING EQUIPMENT:
No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon the public highways of the city equipped with an electric bulb or other lighting device not approved by the commissioner of public safety of the state. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
