8-1-4-2: NO PASSING ZONES:
No vehicle shall be driven to the left half of the roadway in order to overtake and pass another vehicle proceeding in the same direction in that part of a street designated as a no passing zone. Such zones shall be marked with signs. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
