8-1-2-11: USE OF WARNING DEVICES AT NIGHT:
Loud warning devices, other than those used by an authorized emergency vehicle, shall not be used during the period from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise, unless absolutely necessary to avoid accidents. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
