8-1-2-9: YIELDING ROADWAY TO ONCOMING VEHICLE:
Drivers of vehicles meeting each other on the public highways of the city shall each give one-half (1/2) of the traveled way thereof by turning to the right. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973)
