8-1-2-1: OBEDIENCE TO POLICE OFFICERS :

No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any peace officer invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic. (Ord. 77, 9-4-1973; amd. 2004 Code)
