7-7-5: EXCAVATION PERMIT:
Any person who desires to dig in any street, alley or public grounds or remove earth therefrom, or who shall do any other act which shall deface the same or impair it for travel or public use shall obtain permission from the city council. (1975 Code; amd. 2004 Code)
