Water charges shall become delinquent thirty (30) days after a statement is rendered, and if not paid within ten (10) days after they become delinquent the water service may be severed and to be reconnected the delinquent party must pay all accounts past due and a reconnect fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Once the water is shut off due to a delinquent bill, it will not be turned on again until the bill is paid.
