7-6-1: ADMINISTRATION:
The Superintendent of Public Works, under control of the City Council, shall be responsible for complying with the requirements of this chapter and any requirements affecting the waterworks system dictated by Iowa Code and/or the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. (2004 Code)
