7-3-2: CHAPTER PART OF FRANCHISE:
All franchises hereafter granted to any person, firm or corporation, or any franchise hereinbefore granted to any person, firm or corporation for any of the purposes hereinbefore referred to, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, which shall be a part of each franchise or contract.
