Any person aggrieved by any provision of this chapter must request a hearing before the city council within thirty (30) days following an inspection or the imposition of the surcharge. The finding of the city council shall be final. Any person aggrieved by the actions of the city council under the provisions of this chapter may seek such relief through the courts as provided by law. (Ord. 14-1, 1-6-2014)
