Sewer rates shall be as follows:
First 2,000 gallons or part thereof | $60.00 per 2,000 gallons (minimum monthly bill) |
Next 1,000 gallons each month | $3.00 per 1,000 gallons |
Beginning July 1, 2022, the base rate will be | $60.00 per 2,000 gallons, annual increase of $4.00 |
The billing periods for the sanitary sewer utility shall be monthly.
In no case shall the minimum service charge be less than sixty dollars ($60.00) per billing period, which is necessary to retire the indebtedness, to pay operating, maintenance and replacement, and to fund reserves necessary for maintaining the sanitary sewer facility.
All gallonage classifications in the above rate schedule include a constant rate of three dollars ($3.00) per one thousand (1,000) gallons for operation, maintenance and replacement costs.
