6-2-9: REFUSE OTHER THAN GARBAGE:
Each person shall dispose of all refuse, other than garbage or rubbish, accumulating on premises he owns or occupies, before it becomes a nuisance. If it does become a nuisance, it shall be dealt with as provided in the code of Iowa or provisions of this code. (Ord. 70, 2-7-1972)
