A. Cumulative: The penalty and remedies set out in this section are cumulative. The city, at its option, may employ any one or all of the penalty and remedies prescribed. (Ord., 10-5-1987)
B. Municipal Infraction: The violation of this chapter is a municipal infraction, punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a nuisance is maintained is a separate offense. (Ord., 10-5-1987; amd. 2004 Code)
C. Injunction: The violation of this chapter may be enjoined and ordered abated by the Iowa district court for Hardin County. (Ord., 10-5-1987)
