The term "nuisance" means whatever is injurious to health, indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstacle to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property. The following are declared to be nuisances:
A. All items specified in Iowa Code 657.2.
B. Any items which are commonly considered to be junk and which are not stored in a tight building, including, but not limited to, machinery which is not suitable for use without repair, wire not presently being used, glass not presently being used, items being kept for resale, wood (unless intended for heating purposes and neatly stacked), containers not currently being used, parts of machinery and any other items which are unsightly or offensive.
