5-4-4: CARELESS OPERATION:
No person shall operate or halt any snowmobile carelessly or heedlessly in disregard of the rights or safety of others or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property, and no vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper under the surrounding circumstances. (Ord. 69, 1972)
