5-4-3: PLACES, MANNER OF OPERATION:
It shall be lawful to operate a snowmobile on the highways or streets of the city, except it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile as follows:
   A.   On the private property of another without first securing the permission of the owner of said property.
   B.   On publicly owned area and easements, including school, park property, playgrounds, recreational areas and publicly owned golf courses, except where permitted by this chapter.
   C.   In a manner so as to create a loud, unnecessary or unusual noise which disturbs, annoys or interferes with the peace and quiet of other persons.
   D.   On a public sidewalk, or land designated for the use thereof.
   E.   To chase, run down, surround or otherwise harass any animal, bird or fowl or to engage in any contest or concerted activity, whether alone or in the company of others involving the chasing, running down, surrounding or otherwise harassing of any animal, bird or fowl. (Ord. 69, 1972)
