5-1-17: RESISTING AN OFFICER:
It shall be unlawful for any person to unlawfully resist any peace officer in the discharge of his duty within the city, or to wilfully refuse to assist a peace officer in making an arrest when called upon to do so. (Ord. 16, 9-5-1921)
