5-1-11: MOLESTING BIRDS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, or in any manner kill, injure or molest any bird, or to rob any bird's nest within the limits of the city. The city council, by resolution, is authorized to permit the killing of birds within the city which are a nuisance. (Ord. 16, 9-5-1921; amd. 1975 Code)
