A. Indecent Behavior: It shall be unlawful for any person to appear on the streets, or publicly within the city, when naked or in any indecent or lewd dress, or to be guilty of any indecent behavior or lewd act or conduct, or to sell or give away or have in his possession with the intent to sell or give away or exhibit or show to any person any obscene, lewd, indecent or lascivious book, paper, pamphlet, picture or any indecent or immoral representations, instrument or article, or any newspaper, pamphlet, magazine, story book or paper or printing of paper made up of or devoted principally to news or pictures or accounts of immoral deeds, lust, prostitution or debauchery, or to exhibit or perform any immoral or lewd play or representation. B. Indecent Exposure: It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress or condition in any public place or in any such place to make any indecent exposure of his person or private parts thereof or the private parts of another or to conduct himself in a lewd or lascivious manner.
