§ 157.022 I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   Intent and purpose. To provide areas of industrial development that can be serviced by direct access to major road networks as referenced in the comprehensive plan. Uses intended include those which generate a minimum of noise, glare, dust, odor, vibration, air and water pollution, fire and safety hazards and obtrusive views. These areas will be identified on the zoning map.
   (B)   Regulations.
      (1)   Permitted uses: see Land Use Table;
      (2)   Permitted accessory uses: trash enclosures, fences, off-street parking and loading, identification signs and offices which are incidental to the principal use;
      (3)   Uses permitted with special restrictions: see Land Use Table;
      (4)   Uses permitted by conditional use permit (CUP subject to procedures in § 157.169 of this chapter): see Land Use Table. The City Council may require additional conditions for any CUP to preserve the public welfare, health and safety of the community; and
      (5)   Lot requirements: see § 157.058 of this chapter. Refer to §§ 157.100 through 157.119 of this chapter for exceptions.
