§ 157.019 B-2 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (A)   Intent and purpose. To provide commercial and service oriented businesses that cater not only to the motoring public but to area residents as well. These areas will primarily be located along the State Highway 7 corridor and along the west side of C.R. 92 south of Highway 7.
   (B)   Regulations.
      (1)   Permitted uses: see Land Use Table;
      (2)   Permitted accessory uses: trash enclosures, detached private garages, fences, off-street parking, identification signs and incidental repair/processing/storage necessary to conduct a permitted use;
      (3)   Uses permitted with special restrictions: see Land Use Table;
      (4)   Uses permitted by conditional use permit (CUP subject to procedures in § 157.169 of this chapter): see Land Use Table. The City Council may require additional conditions for any CUP to preserve the public welfare, health and safety of the community; and
      (5)   Lot requirements: see § 157.058 of this chapter. Refer to §§ 157.100 through 157.119 of this chapter for exceptions.
