§ 157.018 R-6 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (HIGH DENSITY) DISTRICT.
   (A)   Intent and purpose. To provide areas primarily intended for high density multi-family residential development as designated by the comprehensive plan.
   (B)   Comprehensive plan allowable density. The density range in the R-6 District shall be five-plus units per net acre.
      (1)   Permitted uses: see Land Use Table;
      (2)   Permitted accessory uses: gazebos, trash enclosures, utility buildings 144 square feet or smaller, detached private garages, fences, off-street parking, identification signs, in-ground swimming pools;
      (3)   Uses permitted with special restrictions: see Land Use Table;
      (4)   Uses permitted by conditional use permit (CUP subject to procedures in § 157.169 of this chapter): see Land Use Table. The City Council may require additional conditions for any CUP to preserve the public welfare, health and safety of the community; and
      (5)   Lot requirements: see § 157.058 of this chapter. Refer to §§ 157.100 through 157.119 of this chapter for exceptions.
