§ 132.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 132.15 through 132.20 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $700 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.

(2) A person who makes a false statement in order to obtain a permit knowing or having reason to know the statement, per § 132.19 of this chapter, is false is guilty of a misdemeanor.
