§ 130.02 UNLAWFUL ACTS DEFINED AS MISDEMEANORS.
   Any unlawful act referenced in § 130.01(A) and (C) of this chapter shall be adjudged a misdemeanor and the person committing such act shall be subject to penalties set forth herein, if convicted.
