(A) The provisions of the Minnesota Criminal Code and all other applicable and related statutes are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein, except as modified herein. Any person who violates any portion, section or restriction set forth in said state code shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to penalties set forth herein if convicted.

(C) The violations of other state, federal and county laws, rules or regulations not contained in the Minnesota Criminal Code, and violations of the city code of ordinances, any of which are legally enforceable, shall be deemed in violation of the city code of ordinances and subject to the penalties set forth herein.
