(A) Every license issued under this subchapter is issued subject to the following conditions, all other provisions of this chapter and all applicable provisions and conditions of this code and of related state statutes.
(B) All of the conditions listed in § 111.22 of this chapter, except as modified herein:
(1) Wherever the terms “beer” or “3.2% malt liquor” appear or are referred to by intent of inclusion, it shall be the intent of this section to substitute the term “intoxicating liquor”.
(2) Section 111.22(C) of this chapter shall be deleted in its entirety.
