§ 111.22 OTHER CONDITIONS OF LICENSE AND SALE.
   Every license issued under this subchapter is issued subject to the following conditions, all other provisions of this subchapter and all applicable provisions and conditions of this code of ordinances and of related state statutes.
   (A)   Beverages whose sale is required to be licensed under this section shall not be sold or served to any intoxicated person or to any person of minority age.
   (B)   Persons of minority age shall not be allowed or employed to sell or serve 3.2% malt liquor as defined herein or be employed on the premises in any other manner.
   (C)   Every licensee, whether present at or absent from the premises, shall be responsible for the conduct of the place of business and shall maintain conditions of sobriety and order.
   (D)   Establishments licensed under this subchapter shall not conduct business or make sales between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. from Monday through Saturday inclusive and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Sunday. State law off hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
   (E)   Establishments licensed under this subchapter shall not conduct business sales on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon unless in possession of a valid Sunday permit or license as directed in M.S. § 340A.504, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (F)   Licensees shall not permit customers on the premises until such establishment is legally open in the morning and not longer than 15 minutes after the legal time for closing as defined above.
   (G)   The provisions of divisions (E) and (F) above shall not apply to a private club licensee when operating as a private club at the premises described in the license application for that purpose. However, private clubs shall not sell beer to any person not a member or a guest of a member in attendance.
