§ 111.46 INELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE.
   No person shall be issued a license under this section who is ineligible for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   The applicant must not have been found ineligible for such a license by state law or regulations of the Liquor Control Commission; and/or
   (B)   The applicant must be eligible under the conditions listed in § 111.22(A) through (G) of this chapter inclusive, except as modified as follows:
      (1)   Section 111.22(E) of this chapter shall be interpreted as follows for this subchapter: “The applicant must not be a manufacturer of intoxicating liquor or be interested in the control of any business engaged in such manufacture”; and
      (2)   Section 111.22(G) of this chapter shall be deleted in its entirety.
