§ 94.55 RECREATIONAL FIRES.
   (A)   RECREATIONAL FIRES are fires set for recreational, ceremonial, food preparation or social purposes.
   (B)   The fire shall not be any larger than three feet by three feet in size.
   (C)   The fire shall not be for the purpose of disposing of refuse or other material.

§ 94.56 PREPARATION OF SITE.
   The site on which open burning occurs shall be returned to a state equal to its surroundings.

§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, corporation or other entity who violates any portion of this chapter or any portion of the codes and standards adopted by reference in this chapter may be subject to the penalties set forth herein.
