(a) The compensation of Village of St. Bernard certain elected and appointed officials will no longer index the rate of pay to the most recently elected Hamilton County Commissioner(s). This change shall take effect with the next term as indicated by the dates below and shall be amended as follows for compensation to start at the rate as of last day of the current term:
The positions of Service Director and Tax Commissioner shall be removed from Section 159.19 of the St. Bernard Codified Ordinances effective December 31, 2011.
The positions of Auditor, Mayor, Law Director and Safety Director shall be removed from Section 159.19 of the St. Bernard Codified Ordinances effective December 31, 2015.
The positions of Council Members, President of Council, Treasurer and Clerk of Council shall be removed from Section 159.19 of the St. Bernard Codified Ordinances effective December 31, 2013.
