No permit shall be issued until the provisions of Sections 1345.10 through 1345.17 have been complied with and approval has been obtained from the Director of Planning/Development, the Chief of Police, and the proper inspections by the fire department and approval of the Fire Chief, when tents are used for places of assembly, from each and every department having jurisdiction.
