EDITOR'S NOTE: Council has by ordinance consented to the inclusion of all the territory within the corporate limits in the City in Hamilton County Sewer District No. 1, and authorized the Board of County Commissioners to operate, maintain and repair all sewer improvements for local service within the Village.
The Village contracts with the City of Cincinnati for water service and with the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company for gas and electrical services. Consult Table A of the Table of Special Ordinances in the Preliminary Unit of this volume for current legislation pertaining to utility franchises.
