Application for licenses for distributors and exhibitors of pinball machines shall be obtained at the Police Department. Applicants shall file separately as distributor or exhibitor. Applications shall be in triplicate and shall be approved by the Chief of Police. The applicant shall present the application along with the license fees as stated in Section 721.04 to the Police Chief who shall receipt the application if he approves it and amount received. The original application shall be filed with the Police Department, the duplicated copy given to the applicant and the triplicate copy shall be given to the Auditor. Application forms and the license to be displayed on each pinball machine shall be prescribed by the Auditor.
