Each distributor shall pay an annual license fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee of one dollar ($1.00) for the use of pinball machines on his premises. Each exhibitor shall further pay an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each pinball machine displayed on his premises. The fees shall be payable on July 1 of each year and the fee shall be the same for any portion of the fiscal year in the event the machines are placed in operation subsequent to July 1 in any year.
