§ 154.185 OTHER STANDARDS.
   (A)   Limit to number of efficiency units. No more than 20% of the housing units in any one building shall be efficiency units.
   (B)   Performance standards of §§ 154.095 through 154.100. Developments shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the applicable performance standards set out in §§ 154.095 through 154.100.
   (C)   Overlay area. All property located within an overlay area shall be subject to requirements of such overlay.
   (D)   Additional requirements. In addition to the requirements of this subchapter, the provisions of §§ 154.060 through 154.083 shall also apply.
