See § 152.06. The developer/owner of a new subdivision that accesses one or more existing town streets may be required to pay an impact fee to the town to cover the estimated costs of improving said streets to meet the anticipated traffic generated by the subdivision and to cover the actual cost of additional maintenance generated by construction traffic.
