§ 152.06 PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE PROCEDURES.

(A) An applicant shall submit to the Town Planning and Zoning Board satisfactory evidence of adequate financial resources to develop and complete improvements proposed and presented.

(B) Applicant/developer shall comply with subdivision development agreement.
