(A) A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day or a part of each day during which a violation occurs or continues. This section does not preclude the town from taking any appropriate action to abate, prevent or remedy a violation of any provision of this section.
(B) In addition to any other penalties prescribed in this chapter, violations of this chapter may be considered a public nuisance for which civil relief may be sought by the town or any resident of the town.
