§ 72.03 SNOW REMOVAL NEAR RESIDENCES.
   (A)   Property owners shall not place snow removed from driveways or private property onto or across the traveled portion of the roadway, or into the road right of way.
   (B)   Incident to clearing snow from private property, driveways or ends of driveways; property owners, residents or their agents are prohibited from leaving berms or piles of ice, snow or slush on the traveled portion of any roadway in a manner that could hamper the safe and orderly flow of two way traffic on town roadways, or that could hamper the safe and orderly flow of traffic on one way split roads.
   (C)   Property owners, residents or their agents are prohibited at all times from placing snow, by any means, against the roadside opposite or across from the property from which the snow is being removed.
   (D)   See Title V Public Works §50.05(B) for regulation concerning the area around fire hydrants.
