Within five (5) days after issuance of a written decision, excluding weekends and legal holidays, an applicant for a permit or permittee may appeal to the town manager from the refusal of the finance department to issue a permit under this chapter or from the revocation of any permit granted in accordance with this chapter. The town manager may designate a hearing officer to hear the appeal. (2006 Code)
