A. Annual Business Permit: It shall be unlawful for any person to carry on any business, either from a permanent structure or a mobile structure or by personal solicitation or contact, or to conduct a special event, without first having obtained an annual business permit from the town, or without complying with any and all regulations specified in this chapter.
B. Temporary Permit: It shall be unlawful for any person to carry on or conduct a temporary business or special event without first having obtained a temporary use permit. (2006 Code)
