A. Posting at the Vacation Rental. The owner of the vacation rental must display the name, phone number, and email address of the owner, designee, and emergency point of contact in a conspicuous place within ten (10) feet of the primary entrance of the vacation rental.
B. Failure to Comply. In addition to any other penalty pursuant to the Town Code, a violation of this Section 3-4-8 shall be a civil offense. Each day a vacation rental does not display the information required by this Section 3-4-8 shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. O23-01, 1-17-2023)
