3-4-1: PURPOSE:

This Chapter is adopted to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community of the Town by enacting reasonable regulations for short-term rentals and vacation rentals. These regulations are in addition to other codes of the Town. (Ord. O23-01, 1-17-2023)
