A. The "Rim Country Gazette" shall be named the official "news agency" for the town of Star Valley.
B. All public communications, legal notices, publications, press releases, advertisements, community bulletins, classifieds and news reports shall be directed to them.
C. Should the town manager discover that such designation is not in the best interest of the town due to excessive costs or legal timing he may waiver from this section. (Res. R 08-10, 5-6-2008)
