13-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:

The legislature of the state of Arizona has in Arizona Revised Statutes, section 48-3609 enabled the town to adopt regulations in conformance with Arizona Revised Statutes, section 48-3604, designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. (2006 Code)
