If the town council rejects a proposed site plan, the town council shall give written notice to the developer, specifying the reasons for the rejection. The developer shall have thirty (30) days in which to make a written request that the town council reconsider its decision. The town council shall then have thirty (30) days to issue its decision. After reconsideration, the decision of the town council shall be a final decision. (2006 Code)
