Unless the context otherwise requires:
DEVELOPER OR INDUSTRIAL USER: Any corporation, business, company, partnership, sole proprietorship or any other entity or individual which establishes or maintains any of the industrial uses or related uses listed under section 12-1-3 of this chapter.
TOWN ENGINEER: The town engineer of the town of Star Valley or his designee.
USE: Any of the industrial uses or related uses listed under section 12-1-3 of this chapter. (2006 Code)
